Wintery weather to start the month. Dived at Ti Point Wharf which had good visibility and plenty of interesting things to photograph. Poured with rain as we emerged from our dive and visibility changed very quickly. Saw the movie "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" at Matakana. Saw "Skin" as well before leaving for Africa where we joined an overland 4 x 4 truck at Livingstone in Zambia. First couple of nights were very cold in our tent but warm after that. Walked on Livingstone Island at the top of the Victoria Falls and walked with the Lions. At Botswana we camped next to the Chobe River where we did our first awesome game drive followed by a sunset cruise. Enjoyed the Okavango Delta where we took a plane trip and also spent the night on an island. Etosha National Park was amazing - especially the waterhole! Loved the cheetahs, especially when they smooched and enjoyed the hospitality of the Himba Tribe.Twyfelfontein Rock had rock paintings and next day saw the engravings staying in the Brandberg Mountain area.
