Matheson Bay

The month began with a presentation to a marine reserve course at the Leigh Laboratory. We went to two excellent movies at the Matakana Cinema - The Dark Horse and The 100ft  Journey. Highly recommend both movies.
Between the showers we cycled and walked plus photographed birds in our backyard.
Visited Niue Island and had a wonderful time in the 24 deg water which was so clear. Lots of whales passing by and so few people. It really is a hidden gem. Must go back before 17 years.
