Crib at Toko Mouth

A great month for getting away. First a few days in Miranda - cycling, birdwatching and enjoying the hot pools. Then we flew to Dunedin, picked up a hire car and drove to Toko Mouth. A lovely spot by almost deserted beach and estuary. Next day we visited and stayed at the Catlins. Lots of beach and bush walks, lots of birds, sea lions, seals, waterfalls and more. Our southern holiday finished with 2 days at Otago Peninsula with 2 boat trips, a visit to the Albatross Colony, walks to Victory Beach and others
